End of Life Notice
M811 and M820 Engravers
Effective January 1, 2010, support for the M811 and M820 engravers will no longer be guaranteed.
The age of these machines has made it increasingly difficult, and in some cases impossible, to obtain replacement parts. This situation greatly impacts our ability to provide the quality of support you require in an acceptable time frame.
We have a limited stock of a few parts for the M8XX series. These will continue to be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your support request.
To ensure continued production, we strongly recommend replacing the old engravers with our newest engravers:, the Spectrum engraver or the Prism engraver.
